Obituary for Anthony DeWayne Gravely Anthony DeWayne Gravely, born on August 5, 1975, in Las Vegas, Nevada, was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. He was the cherished son of Alma Gravely and Anthony Booker, both of whom preceded him in death. He was preceded in death by his parents, his uncle James Gravely, Oscar Stewart and his brother Jerome Gravely. Anthony graduated from Durango High School and had a deep passion for music—both listening to it and creating it. His love for music was a reflection of his creative spirit and joy for life. On March 28, 2025, Anthony was taken from his loved ones, leaving behind a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who knew him. His love and devotion to his family and friends will truly be missed, but his memory will live on forever. Anthony leaves to cherish his memory grandmother, Ruby Stewart of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Mitchell Green (Varonica Green); sister, Asia Jackson (Billy Bradley), both of Las Vegas, NV; aunts, Kimberly Booker, Angela Gravely, and Delores Brown; uncles, Marc Brittian, Emmett Gravely, and Michael Gravely, all of Las Vegas, NV; and Raymond Booker (Sharee Booker) of Farmington Hills, MI. He is also survived by his stepfather, Morris Jackson, of Las Vegas, NV, along with a host of extended family and friends who will always treasure his memory. As we grieve the loss of Anthony, we take comfort in the words of John 14:1-3: "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
