Marion E. Doyle

Marion Doyle of Kingman, passed away May 12, 2021. Marion was born in Peterborough, England. Marion moved to the USA in 1978. Marion has three brothers and four sisters, Gillian, Terry, Trevor, Jean, Kenneth, Angela who all reside in England, Alana lives in Kingman, Arizona. Marion has many nieces, nephews, along with great and great great nieces and nephews, cousins, in England, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Trinidad. Marion was involved in many things, she loved her St. John’s church, sang in the choir, and always loved to be involved with the church. Some years back Marion was a Sunday school teacher in the children’s Sunday school, she made many friends who have all grown up and leading good lives. Marion attends a nonprofit group, Morning Glories, who raise funds for scholarships for youth, she served as president, and secretary, always attended all the meetings, did many duties for Morning glories which she always enjoyed. Marion loved to go to the local gym and get her exercise, always enjoying it to the full, and made many friends. Our Marion was always known as the “queen”, almost everyone would curtesy or bow, she would always offer you a good English cup of tea, Marion always enjoyed making you a “Cup of Tea”. Marion used to love to knit, she would make lots of wonderful warm gloves which you would receive from her, to keep your hands nice and warm. Marion was always caring and had a smile on her face. Her love was serving others and her faith, Marion is very missed by all. A memorial service will be held at St Johns United Methodist church on June 17 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception at St. John’s.
